Bill of Materials question

I have a model that consists of 2 steel pieces and 2 aluminum pieces.  I want the aluminum pieces to be 5052-H32, but I don't care what the steel pieces are, as long as they're not high priced alloy like 4130.  Any grade of mild steel would be suitable.  How should I state that in my Bill of Materials?  I'd basically leave it up to the company doing my laser cutting to decide.  Maybe they have something on the shelf, or maybe they can order something at their discretion to save us both money.

Hi,

take a look at the list.

Maybe create your custom material.

I considered that already.  I'm just curious if there's a standard definition that is usually used for what I'm trying to do.
