Best way to round off / fillet sharp leading edge?

Hi, I'm working on a little model of an orca (going to be milled on a CNC router), and I have a bit of an issue. I need the leading and trailing edges of the dorsal fin (see pictures below) to be rounded, rather than coming to a sharp point.

The lines you're seeing are because it's a mesh that's been converted to a BRep, but I've merged the fin and the main orca body together. I've tried the fillet tool on the edge, but it fails and doesn't work. I don't know if I have to go all the way back and redo the model of the fin, which I'd rather not, or if there's a better process or tool available.

I'd really appreciate any guidance here!

I am pretty sure that you can't fillet that faceted edge. You will probably have to re draw the fin.

That has nothing to do with a missing process. It has everything to do with the shabby imported triangulated geometry.

you can possibly fillet that if the fillet size does not exceed the size of any of the facets involved in the fillet. But then you'll have to pick every edge where these two joined bodies meet manually, because these edges don’t form a tangent chain.
