Avoid or Move Green Arrow (Finish command)

I'm trying to set my next point in the Line sketch command and the Green Arrow (Finish command) is directly in the way of where I want to set this next point.

How can I move the Green Arrow or set my point without triggering the Finish command?

Yes, I find it gets in the way all the time, wish I could turn it off! All you can really do is Zoom in\out to change it's position. Not sure how your mouse is setup, I use Solidworks setting where the mouse wheel is easy to use for zoom.

What is that annoying checkmark that is in my way?  Typical case of trying to "help" and only making the process annoying and time consuming to undo the incorrect guesses that the system continually throws up blocking my cursor position.
