Hey there. 3 main things to check:

1. you have an active Fusion subscription
2. you're on the latest client version (Check for Updates)
3. you have opted into "Tech Preview" in Autodesk Assistant - the badge in the AA window should be purple when this is properly enabled

We managed to get it working, but we had to log out and log back in.
