Authentication mismatch error - On forum, not in fusion 360

I have got this error several times now. Most recently after writing a two paragraph response to someones post.  I hit submit only to get this error at the top of the page and lose my entire post.  I have got this on both my Samsung note 3 phone running chrome as well as on my desktop running firefox in win 7.  Its usually after i have sat on a page for a bit without action.  Then the next place i try to go i get this error.  Im assuming a cookie or session is expiring....

Any others see this?  I didnt find an existing topic on this. I'll take a screenshot next time it happens

@Anonymous The timeout for a post is currently set at 30mins (we're looking into bumping it up to 1hr), but given that you're seeing this on multiple devices perhaps something else is going on.  One thing to try in the interim is clearing your cache, but it would be helpful if you could capture the steps (and rough timeline) when you run into this issue next time so we can better diagnose?

Yes I've seen it a few time and it does seem to be a timeout problem. The last time it happened I think I did a select all and copy to save what I had then hit F5 to refresh the Ctlr+v to paste back.

@HughesTooling Does the timeout seem to be at the 30min point, or are you running into it prior to 30min?

It probably is 30 min when I've seen it. On the forum it's not too bad as there's an autosave so the reload gets most of your message back, but the first time I had it happen was with a private message and there's no autosave going on with private messages so I lost all of that message.

@brianrepp the forum seems to be signing me out completely every 30 min now, I used to only sign in once a day.

@HughesTooling I inquired about this yesterday, and it seems the maintenance over the weekend made a few unexpected changes.  The team is investigating a hotfix now.

Just had this happen to me and lost at least an hour of work writing the post. This forum really needs a lot of improvement. Most webpages would retain the text when you go back but no such luck. It's all gone.
