Hello, is there any way to use something simillar like arrange feature for free in personal license?

I am hobby maker and i want to cut some parts effectively from one sheet to have small amount remain

There is an Add-In for Fusion 360 that may fit your needs.  It is not free but very reasonable.  This is the link to the website explaining it.  There are two versions so be sure and note that.  As far as something already in the Personal Fusion 360 license, I think you are out of luck unless they are the same shape pieces, then you can use a Pattern but I doubt that is the case.

I am on subscription and don't know if Arrange is available in free lisence, but one thing you can do is (though it's not automatic):

 

1. Have all of your parts as components

2. Make a new document with a component resembling stock sheet (but in the beginning just a rectangular sketch also works). Ground it.

3. Insert your original assembly (if they have joints they must be suppressed).

4. Apply a planar joint between every component and the above one.

5. Manually adjust position of each component

6. Lock joints

7. Finalize sheet size

@zukal29 I made a mistake; in step 3 it's better if you use Insert Derive. Because it works regardless of joints you have in the original assembly.
