Applying constraints on epicyclic gear sets

I am looking for some help with constraints on epicyclic gear sets. The geometry has been imported so I am not certain that the models are correct for the desired motion.

Please see the attached .f3d file.  The orange gear is driven. The cyan gear is mounted to the orange gear with its center offset. The cyan gear rotates with the orange gear and also rotates about its center as its teeth mesh with those in the inner blue plate. The small hole in the cyan gear is also intended to follow the slot centerline in the outer purple plate thus converting rotary motion into linear.

I have been playing with contact sets and pin-slot constraints but haven't been able to get the correct motion. Any help is appreciated.

Do you know what the Pitch Diameters are (so that I don't have to calculate them)?

Unfortunately no.  All that I have is 2-D dxf files of each component.

I found this animation for a mechanism that is very similar to my application.  Can anyone describe the required knowns and contraints to get the same motion in Fusion 360?
