Appearance library issue

I am running Fusion 360 on two machines, Win10 pro and Win 10 home.

Both machines have just updated to the latest version of Fusion 360 but the pro machine does not contain Powder Coat Rough, Powder Coat Smooth and Metal Flake under the paint tab?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

It appears that you may not showing downloadable materials in Appearance library dialog box on your machine running Windows 10 Pro.

Could you check the box as shown in the image below and let me know if the folders are still not appearing? I hope this helps!

Thanks Mike I never even noticed the box before, I opened up the Appearance function and found that the box was ticked; I then expanded the paint tree and found that they were all there!

when i choose appearance option the fusion software closes down why?
