I prefer all things Mac as I just prefer the working environment compared to Windows but if there's 1 thing that will make me get a Windows machine, it'll be this fella, the Cintiq Companion 2.
This doubles as a 2nd monitor w/ touch screen (compatible both Mac and Windows) and when unplug it's a full fledge tablet/MS Surface Pro (and in my opinion a better device then MS Surface Pro).
The graphic card if I'm not mistaken is Intel Iris (though I hope they have an Iris Pro option), all in all the spec is quite similar to what you'll find in the 13" MacBooks? So my guess is Fusion 360 should run okay with it.
Now that the product intro is done, anyone tried using these or the earlier Companion with F360? I've seen before online where a car designer used the Cintiq 24 (I think) with Catia to do his 3D surfacing and boy it looks very intuitative.
