Another Constraint bug

Sketch.ShowUnderConstrained reports one point is not constrained:

The endpoint of the horizontal line is coincident with the spline and there is no duplicate lines or points.  Dragging the line or the point has no effect.

The sketch becomes fully constrained if the end of the horizontal line is moved to, and coinsident with, the left hand spline. The probelem seems to be that the right had spline is an offset of the other.

It's the other way around.  The outermost spline is the original.
