any reason the angle changed from the angle it was extruded at? corners are gouged. checked the angle and it 75-1/2" instead of 75

I do not see any dimensions on your first sketch?

Is something like Attached what you are after?

Hi,

You have measured angles at different planes.

angles on different planesangles on different planes
75 degrees represents the profile of the cut body.
75.4892 is on the inclined surface.

are you measuring the bod being machined or the extruded sketch? in manufacturing the ball mill violated the corners it doesnt show in the path but it did. I can send a picture. the angle difference seems to be the only reason for it. unless you see something there?

Hi,

I wonder why you didn't mention the problem of implementing a milling strategy in your first article and let us look for possible causes in the design environment. Only the 7th article of this thread mentions such a machining problem.

This is not what I perceive as a respectful approach to people who offer help in machining the fusion in their spare time.

I asked about the angle. if it was the angle we would know the problem and proceed.   did you measure the body being  machined? or just the sketch extrude? you still didnt answer that. maybe the problem is there. i said the machining didn't look like a problem. but i found the angle difference. so thats where i started.  not for  nothing but  im a paying  customer and your attitude  along with a lot of other nonsense isnt how i would perceive customers  should be treated. . ill be surre to mention this to the lying salesman that took my money

@g-andresen, and indeed most of us here on the forum, are not Autodesk employees. There ARE a few of those around, but this is primarily a USER forum. Just so you know.

Hi,

Just to be clear:

I am not an employee of AD, nor of any company that makes money with the product Fusion or related services.
I am a dedicated user in the education sector.
But that's not the only reason why I don't accept to react to one of my contributions in this outrageous way.
