An explanation for why Fusion 360 is offline

If connection problems are going to be a weekly occurrence, it would be nice if there was a website we could go to that would explain what's going on and when it's expected to be fixed. Right now Fusion is just telling me that it will go back online when a connection is available. Well, I'm posting right now, so the connection is fine on my end.

Better still - zero downtime deploys. Really not that hard for web services, especially with a team.

Hey @Anonymous, thanks for submitting the idea. Just to clarify, are you referring to when Fusion 360 going offline during a planned update or when it goes offline when it looses internet connection?

@keqingsong If I remember correctly, there is a banner in Fusion for the planned updates. I'm referring to when Fusion doesn't connect. The error message when I hover over the cloud kind of implies that there's a problem with my connection, but email, internet, etc. are all working. This seems to happen every week or 2 and it's frustrating to have no idea why Fusion won't connect or know when I will be able to connect. Something that indicated if everything was OK or not on the server side would be helpful.
