What do you need?,

Centre of the panel tangent to the curve?

End points of the panel coincident to the curve?

Alignment of the middle panels and the end panels to the curve is different.

Will the inside or outside of the panels be touching?

Are the step heights a uniform value, 200 seems common but not regular.

Few ways to do it, but need to know what you want.

Might help....

Is this useful? If needed I can do a screencast later.

Hi sorry for being so vague in my initial post, yea i was looking to get the shape as close to being a circle as i can while using rectangular panels  .  So i think having the Center of each panel to tangent to the curve might be best way, but if you have a better way i'm more than happy to use that.

I was also trying to make it so there are 15 equally spaced panels around a arc with a radius of aprox 5710mm with the first starting at a height of 250mm and the last panel having a height of 2500

(i was think of using a sketch of a inscribed polygon with 30 sides to help position the panels)

Thanks

Hi thanks for the help, i'm used to using revit so was trying to find a array function to try copy the shape around the arc path and completely missed the pattern tool haha

It would also look like in your excitement you might have missed the big, green "Accept Solution" button 😉
