Aligning part issue

hi. I've been sent the following file from a colleague. They couldn't get the insert to align with the Ø6.7mm hole in the block - I said i would take a look.

However....i cannot get them to align either! I tried adding in new axes etc, but doesnt seem to help!

Can anyone get this to work?

One problem is the Z axis of the insert is not along the axis of the hicoil. You can add a joint origin then use a joint to position the component. See attached file. You might need to update Fusion as I got a warning the file was saved from an old version.

Here's a screencast of the procedure.

It seems to me that the insert's coordinate system is indeed aligned with its physical axis (judging from the projection on its XZ plane). So you can simply place a joint origin at its origin.
