Aligning Drawing Template with Paper

Hi guys, I currently facing some trouble in custom template for drawing. I created a new template and adjusting it according to my preferences, then when I go to my design and generate a new drawing using said template, there is no trouble at all for the first sheet, however when I add a new sheet, the said template do not aligned with the paper. Any idea how to fix this? or is there any step I missed?

Easy fix!

In Fusion the drawing border and title block are separate items. You have included the border in the title block, which is absolutely fine.

The anchor point (0,0) for the title block should be the bottom right of the title block. Your current point is the bottom of the border.
