Addtional downloadable appearances and environments

Just asking. Are there more appearances/surface finishes than the standard/stock ones that are downloadable from within Fusion? Is there some sort of repository for additional surface-finishes, appearances, environments, materials? I'm designing some machined (milled) components of which I want to make a rendering/raytracing. It would be very nice to have some extra bumpmaps of different machined surfaces that I can apply to my designed parts.

Thanks for posting! It looks like you would like to find more physical materials/appearances to use in Fusion 360. Unfortunately, we do not have a repository of additional materials available for download - but there are some ways that you may be able to get your desired appearance!

You could apply a custom appearance/material as a decal, as shown in the beginning of this video from an Autodesk reseller. The video goes on to show how to create a custom material with an image file driving the texture. Using this technique could help you use photo files to create custom materials and apply a unique appearance to your parts.
