Add sheet shifts/expands template lines in drawings

I have been having a problem with my templates. When i create a new drawing the template is fine, as soon as i add a new sheet all the lines shift in an outward fashion of the  page. Is there something  i can do or is this a software issue?

Hi Nick,

You should be able fix this but it will take a little tweaking.  When we first implemented inserting a DWG as a title block, there was logic to make sure that the lower right corner of the block ended up in the lower right corner of the default border. From the screen capture it looks like your desired margins are smaller than our default margins, so things get shifted.

This thread dealt with a similar issue: new-titleblock-editor-error, and Pawel's last post there (8 of 8) describes the steps to fix it.  If this doesn't work for you can you share your template (or drawing) with me (christopher.miller@autodesk.com) so I can take a look?

We have a bug in the system for this (internal reference: FDWG-10106). Ideally these extra steps should not be required.

Thanks,
Chris

Hi Nick,

Thanks for the update, glad that worked.  In the meantime I will re-forward the request to the team to make this process a little easier.

Thanks,

Chris

The Origin is not in the corner of the sheet borders.
