Add Scrollbars to Sketch Mode

Right now it's a real pain to navigate around a sketch if you are zoomed in.

Would be nice if there were scroll bars that I could use to move the view.

Optionally, if I could hold down like SHIFT+CTRL to allow dragging (no matter what tool I was in), it would be nice.

How about using the middle mouse button to pan ?
