Add notes or message on a render image

Hello everyone,

I am trying to add notes or annotations to a render image form fusion 360.  So basically I want to put like a description message that talks about the model but the model is rendered.  This is for presentation purposes.  Is that possible?

You can add any image or text as a Decal into a Rendering.  If you do not want to place it on the model, you can create an extra body, in the model, just to hold the decal.  Sorry for the lousy example, did it real quick.
