Add a Web or Wing gusset?

I was challenged by a friend to see if I could make a set of handlebars for a motorcycle that has a web or a wing design gusset. Since there is a bit of a organic bend to the bars I can't figure out how to approach this?ConceptTop viewFront view

I'm a bit stuck here.

You might first create a surface supporting the webbing and dividing the bar longitudinal profile (Sculpt) and Project Sketch (sp)Lines to that Face (or Split Face)- Piping the product will center the surface on the Pipe, leaving you a centered surface to build the webbing on.     Just one way.

here is one way to do it, using Rib, which is really designed for just this kind of thing.  My approach in the video is not very precise, but hopefully it will give you some pointers on how to do it.

Interesting. I may not have as much knowledge of Fusion as needed to follow these instructions?  I think I do

Thank you for taking the time to respond! And thank you so much for this screencast! For me it made it much more understandable to follow as I am still pretty new to Fusion. That 'Plane through 3 points' is a cool idea. I might have a bit more curvature in the horizontal section of my bars than you do on your sample? I can't wait to give this a go tomorrow after work!
