Activate root component quick short cut

Hi,

It's getting frustrating that I have to manually activate the root component.  I am using the option that dim inactive component for clarity when assembly is complex, and so I am switching back to root level activation for a proper overview of the assembly.

I am wondering is there is a way to create a shortcut for this.

I am not aware of any.

it's unfortunate, I'll look into making a script addon for this. It really will speed up my workflow
