Ac Core Console

Hi everyone.

 

I'm having major troubles with creating drawings with Fusion. 

The program would freeze and guaranteed to crash and close, it's becoming a very labors task to create drawings and a lot of time wasted.

 

With my task manager open and Fusion still frozen AcCoreConsole is cleaning out my computers overall performance.

 

Any suggestions?

Is this relative to a specific file geometry, or if you create a new file with only a cube do you observe the same behavior in the new file?

Is this a new issue (used to work fine for you on this machine) or did it never work for you?

Can you File>Export a *.f3d file that exhibits this behavior to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

To help us better understand and triage the problems, could you please provide us more info and follow below instructions to report?

  1. Please share your Fusion Diagnostics Log which can be extracted from Help->Support and Diagnostics->Diagnostic Log Files. 
  2. For the drawing performance issues please submit a report through "Report Performance Issue" found under Help -> Support and Diagnostics.
  3. If the workflow finally crashes in your end, please also submit crash report with your email address and detailed description filled in.

May I know which OS are you using, and the details of the OS ? Please try to updae the drive of graphics card and VC resdist, as well as other pending OS update. The restart OS and check if it will work. Thanks
