4 way pipe joint

I am working on a 3D printed 4 way joint to connect pipes like the one below, and found it is very hard to do it in fusion360. I fouond most of people do it by Rhino/grasshopper addin. Is there any way to realize it in fusion 360? 

I will be really appreciated if somebody can share their experience, thanks.

This would be challenging to do in BRep.  Unfortunately, Fusion doesn't have a "branched loft" feature.  So, I would be tempted to do this with a TSpline pipe.

Here is a simple version of this, not precise, but just to illustrate the idea:

Thanks for your answers. It looks like a good way to draw pipe joints, but I could not figure out how to define the angles between pipes and diameters for each single pipe as they are different size, the pipe at the vertical direction is thick than others. any tips? thanks

You can make different sized pipes for each section, though it is not particularly discoverable.  Here is a screencast showing that:

Now, your other question is more complex, because Fusion does not support 3D dimensions yet.  You would probably have to define a bunch of work geometry, assuming you want to be able to control the angle parametrically.  It's straightforward enough to use Move with Set Pivot to initially create angles, but nothing will hold them in that orientation:

I'll give the work geometry approach some more thought, see if I can come up with something.
