Hello,

 

i used the bump map from http://alanwarburton.co.uk/3d-print-simulator/ to let parts look like they are 3d printed.

So far this was my motivation. In the picture attached you can see that the direction of the map is on some faces

not proper oriented. The fillet shows a vertical aligned texture and the front is horizontal which is right at this point.

I really need to custom the direction in each material duplicate and set it there so that the appearance matches?

Hey Daniel,

 

See the screencast below for the workflow I would use to create multiple appearances in your menu, and customize the angle of each one when you apply it to individual faces. Let me know if any of it is confusing, or if you still have some questions.
