2nd time lost a full day work- Do Not Assume Fusion is saving your data to Cloud!

This is the second time I have put in significant work with saves at least once per hour or per major change.  Each time I press save it gives the dialogue box to press the button which shows a user version.  Rebooted due to getting hung up and on relaunch, fusion said "recovery document available for file name xxxxxxxx". my last file.  I try to load the recovery and it says file not found. 

 

This is the second time I have lost major changes even though I 100% have saved numerous times.  The last udpate is showing from yesterday, not even 1 udpate for today in the data panel.  

 

My Recent Data only has the last save from yesterday. 

 

If you care about a project, always save major updates to your computer.

@t_chapman6XJ7J Can you please capture your log files? 

Go to Fusion - Help - Support and diagnostic - Fusion service utility - Gather system info - please attach the Fusiondiagnosticslogs.zip

Also if you can give the name of tis file that you are having difficulties that would help to see what could be happening on the back end.
