2D drawings and Quantities

How do i arrange my components and bodies so that when i enter the drawing work space and add a chart of the part numbers and quantities it will show the  quantities correctly. The way it is now it shows all the pieces but it only shows one of each

The Bill of Materials is reporting correctly for what you have modeled.  You have created separate components for the same component so the BOM reports that.  What you need to do with duplicate components is to truly duplicate them using a copy, then they will report to the BOM as such.  Take a look at the screencast.
