2D Drawing not showing specific types of components

Hi,  How  do i get these type of components to show in the 2D Drawing? Or Do I need to convert them to something else?  Thank you.

Hi,

these are faces with no thickness, and faces don't appear in the 2d drawing so thicken them so that they become bodies by so little value just to convert them

You can select this option from modify menu
