2 components work fine, but together get "select ungrounded component" error

I have 2 ungrounded components (one with sub-components) that seem to work fine (no errors, no warnings, and move without any warnings or errors). When I put them both into an assembly drawing I get "select ungrounded components to move: message at cursor location when I try and move. Neither component is grounded. They move fine, but have that little warning.

If I take the component with sub components and do a circular pattern with 2 iterations, it still works the same (ungrounded warning, but move is ok). When I do 22 iterations everything appears fine (no warnings or errors) but a move crashes the program.

Of course this happens only hours before a deadline...

Any ideas?

Thanks, Greg

OK - Still working on the problem and I found that I have another component that when I do a circular pattern of 22 components it crashes too.
