19" Rackmount Case - user parameters scaling issue

I have an issue with a 19" Rackmount Case that I'm trying to design.

The initial design is 6U but i've been using User Parameters for the dimensions so that when the design is finished I can scale it to different U sizes.

The problem I have is that when I scale from 6U to say 3U, and back again to 6U parts of the design disappear. The only way to get the holes back is to redo the extrude or undo the user parameter revision. Is there a better way to do this to avoid this problem?

Thanks

Using variables for array copying in a sketch will result in an error in the selection in Extrude.

Therefore, create a separate feature for a square hole and array copy that feature.

The same procedure is used for the nut holes: create a single hole feature and array-copy that feature with a variable.

It is difficult to explain only by text, so I have attached a file for you to look at.

(Since the parameters were created in the Japanese version, the variable names are in Japanese, so don't worry about it.)
