Sure. 1"/8 or 1"/2 2"+1"/2 etc.

I tried your syntax but after the dimension is set it always shows as a demical.
It would be very nice to just enter 2 with a space then 1/2. I`ve seen this feature
in various cad programs.

If this is that important to you add it to the idea station. For me I automatically convert fractions to decimal without even thinking about it any more so it doesn't bother me.
But if it is to you add it and see if enough others agree....

IIRC Fusion only converts these dimensions to facions when displaying the dimension in the sketch environment.
When you edit the dimenbsion, you are editing whay you put in the edit filed initially. So, for example if you placed 1"+1"/4 it might display 1.25 but when editing the dimension youll see the original input of 1"+1"/4.
