This visual "browser style" display of selections with expanding tabs and icons is awesome:-
can we use it? Anyone know what it's called? ... or more specifically - where in the manual ( https://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/?guid=GUID-7B5A90C8-E94C-48DA-B16B-430729B734DC ) we can find it?
By "browser", I obviously mean this: and not this:

That is an interesting command input. It's some type of tree view. I don't know if it's intrinsically tied to selections or if it's a generic tree that can be used for anything and this command happens to be using it for selections. So far, for command inputs, the API only exposes what's available internally and hasn't created any custom command inputs.
I know for certain this is not currently available in the API, but I don't think it was ever considered for the API. I think it's new since work on command inputs in the was done.
Thanks @BrianEkins - that looks right - I've not seen or heard of it before, and google/forums/chatgpt didn't know either. It dynamically changes to show exactly what you've selected, if you didn't know - it would be awesome if we could use it!
I found even more exciting one just after posting too (after I accidentally enabled the manufacturing extension - beware looking through menu options, some of them auto-activate trials without warning!):-
this puts what we've selected into a table (not any of the 3 tablePresentationStyles we are currently able to use), which appears to allow additional controls to be added as well.
