Version Detection and Update Schedule

This is a two part question. First, can someone provide a link to the Fusion update schedule? I keep getting referred to the product page, and there is not schedule there that I can find. 

Secondly, I am doing auto download/updating in our lab environment. I have the script for updating, but would also like evaluation code to check on the software version prior to updating. Fusion doesn't show up if you run winget and doesn't have standard registry entries to allow it to be detected via normal means. Does anyone have a powershell script that detects the version of Fusion currently installed?

As far I can know, the update schedule is only available to Fusion Insiders group.

The Fusion version can be obtained from inside Fusion by the Application object:

Externally to Fusion I can see there is the file "fusion_version.txt" in the Fusion root directory that contains the version number:
