RigidGroup error

Hi T_F360,

Could you please look at the code around RigidGroup object.

I do experience the global error as loged below:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

for rGrup in comp.allRigidGroups:
if ( rGrup.isSuppressed 😞 # <=== ERROR
......

ERROR LOG START
25 Oct 2017 16:17:51.244520

return _fusion.RigidGroup__get_isSuppressed(self)
RuntimeError: 2 : InternalValidationError : jointOcc

During handling of the above exception, another exception occurred:

SystemError: <built-in function delete_RigidGroupVector> returned a result with an error set

During handling of the above exception, another exception occurred:

Traceback (most recent call last):

SystemError: <built-in function delete_SwigPyIterator> returned a result with an error set

ERROR LOG END

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 Perhaps the issue is related to a linked component .... not so sure though.

It is not the argent problem. I can deal with it, but if you any ???? chance will have nothing to do ... just look whats going there :).

Regards

I’ve asked the forum moderator to move this to the API section as you’ll likely get better support.

I tried to reproduce the problem but without any success.  I have an assembly that contains groups in both the root component and in an assembly from an external reference and the isSuppressed property is working correctly for all cases.  There must be a specific issue in your case.  Is it possible to provide a design and a simple script that demonstrates the problem?
