Not able to run Javascript script

I understand that new Javascript scripts are no longer supported. But it appears that it is now impossible to run existing scripts.

The script is located in the correct folder (C:\Users\me\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\API\Scripts)

When I try to run the script using File>Scripts & Add Ins>My Scripts+ it displays that folder, but no *.JS files are shown. It looks like it is filtering the file view just for C++ and Python files perhaps. So you can't select the *.JS file to run it.

I am trying to run this script to import points from a CSV file.

There was a change made quite a while ago to work around a permissions issue on Mac.  Instead of selecting the script file you want to run, (.js, .py, .dll, .dylib), you now select the folder that contains the file.  I just tried it with an old JS script that I had and it shows up in the Scripts and Add-Ins dialog with the JavaScript icon and it's running correctly.
