Is there Arrange API Exposure?

Is there exposure to the Arrange Function in the API yet? I see these parameters but I am not sure how or where to use them. 

adsk.cam.ArrangeSelection
adsk.cam.CAMArrangeParameterValue

There is currently no support for the Arrange functionality through the API. Hopefully, it's coming soon.
