Hi all,

As the title says, I was wondering if there is the equivalent of the Abaqus jnl file for Fusion 360. Basically, what the jnl file does is that it each time you save your Abaqus model, all the commands you did until the last save are written in a file that is readable by Python. The advantage is that I can use this file to recreate a whole model without needing the Abaqus GUI, just by running this file in Python. One other point is that I can find how to do something quickly instead of reading through the doc by "clicking on one button in the GUI, setting some parameters, and check in this file what is the command line equivalent for what you just did. Is there the equivalent for Fusion?

Thanks all

Hi @jonassog .

There have been several such questions in the past, but so far no such feature is available and I have a feeling it will not be added in the future.

We do not have such a shortcut available to us, but it may be of great value when we acquire the necessary skills.
