If you were going to use Qt in your own addin, unfortunately it would be impossible. As you may know, Fusion 360 uses its own Qt version and other Qt(used in addin) would not be compatible with it. We provide quite some api to let clients customize existing UI and write new UI by HTML/CSS. Please refer to the following link and see if "Palette" meet your requirements.
