@kgokhank

One needs to click on Debug in “Scripts and Add-in” dialog of Fusion to debug. Currently, debugging from VS code after clicking on Edit in “Scripts and Add-in” dialog is not supported. However, we will come up with a solution to support it in future.

Thank you for your time.

I absolutely NEED the ability to switch back to the way it was WORKING before with Spyder. All these new changes to Visual Studio has practically ruined workflow for me, and worse is i've been getting errors left and right. Because everything is so new, there are no good search results on how to resolve them. Nothing is familiar. And what's worse is that This author says you can point Fusion to whichever IDE you prefer but provides literally no instruction whatsoever on how to achieve this. Please help, I really need Spyder ASAP.

I can not help you.

Embrace the development. The  version of spyder used was terrible outdated.

No it wasn't. Everything WORKED. NOTHING in VS is working right now.

NO NEED TO YELL AT ME. I did not make the changes, and I do not know enough to help.

The version of spyder used by Fusion was outdated - that is a know fact. Here is a discussion about using a newer version: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-api-and-scripts/can-we-use-spyder-4/td-p/8462444 - maybe something you can use.
