Get "Length", "Width" & "Height" of a extruded sketch using a Fusion 360 Python script

Can anybody help?

I have a simple sketch, for testing purposes, that has been extruded to a certain height

Has anybody got a Python script that will get these dimensions ("Length", "Width" & "Height") and show them in a message box?
