Get Dimensions of primitive features

Hello,

is there any possibility to get the dimensions of an existing primitive feature (e.g. diameter and height of a cylinder) through the API?

I understand that the API does not support creating primitives features, but since there are the cylinder-/sphere-/...features it might be able to access the dimensions of already existing primitive features.

It's not currently possible.  There are a few features that have minimal API support.  Even though there are specific objects in the API for these features, they don't support any more functionality than the generic Feature object, which is functionality that's common to all features.
