Fusion Teams on Educational License

I teach IED under the PLTW engineering umbrella.  We use Fusion 360 on an educational license.  I have tried to have students share their work using Fusion teams.  They have been able to add me, as the teacher, however they are unable to add each other.  Is there a reason for this, and if so, is there a way I can override this so they can start sharing their folders and designs with each other as well as with me?  They do a lot of group work and it would be nice to have this feature work for them.

I think you'll have better luck asking your question on the Fusion 360 Collaborate forum. I would help if I could but I don't know the answer since this forum is intended for programming questions.
