Is it possible to display only 1 digit after comma instead of 3 (for example 12.2 mm instead of 12.200 mm)?

Preferences in fusion control the number of decimal places. If you go to preferences and then 'Unit and Value Display->General Precision' then you can set it to one decimal place. It is not exposed through API so all commands in Fusion display information consistently.
