Fadal Tool Breakage post processor

Hey everyone, I'm not sure if this is the right place for this question. I am trying to get the PPR to output tool a sub for tool breakage. My sub is program O2, and I'm running format 2. I would like it at the end of each program.

Hi @builditloud .

I'm not sure what it means, but I think that if you want to add something to the end of each operation, you can do it in the "onSectionEnd" function.

I think the fadal cps file in the image is different from the one shown here.

So, I can't do anything about it.

Thank you for the reply! I have downloaded the new PPR that you linked and will use it moving forward. How would I code it in the on end section to input the M98 p2? I have tried many different ways and places but its either in the wrong place or gives an error. but I think it would work great if I knew how to code it. Thanks

@builditloud .

I still don't understand how I want to do it, but I made two kinds.

1.png

The first one outputs "M98 P2" at the end of every operation.
I added this to the onSectionEnd function.
(File name: fadal_M98.cps)

2.png

The other is to add a manual NC, so that "M98 P2" is output only in the section that is set to "Tool break control".
This was done by adding the onManualNC function itself.
(File name: fadal_manualNC_M98.cps)

I'm referring to this one.

If you use it, please do so at your own risk.
