Extremely slow performance when a design has many referenced documents

I am updating all the references for a design (at least 10 have to be updated) and it is taking agonizingly long in my add in. Is it making server calls? And how do I get the download progress so I can display a progress bar? Would that be possible? Otherwise the user will quit before it is done...

Hello,

New version need be downloaded from cloud end when users update out-of-date references. It would take long time if network isn't good. Unfortunately there was no way to get download progress. One suggestion would be to update those references one-by-one and use ProgressBar to show the progress when every reference is updated.
