Adding menu to browser

Hi, is it possible throught add-ins to add command to the browser menu ?

Im working on a custom post processor command to send data over network but want to be able to just right click on the item i want to post, and say send to computer and ill send that operation/setup. Right now i have a dialog that i have to select the setup/operation to send and press send.

 

This is the menu im talking about:

Hi, thanks but one question, is this not implemented for cam operations ? Getting exception when trying to get the entities of selected cam operations 😕

 

This is the direct example form the url, getting swig unknown object in my code i try and get the enity name and get the error in second picture.
