My quick doc scan doesn't turn up a "surface patch" method, so my guess is that this thing is called something else? (t-spline? nurbs curve?)

Anyhow - I've got a non-planar closed-loop in a sketch, and I want to make it into a patch...  do I need intermediate steps etc (defining paths, or directions, or sides, ?)

I'm starting with this:-

Which I can manually use this on:-

to manually reach my goal of this:-

... so yeah - what's the API equivalent, anyone know?

Somehow you missed the PatchFeature object. http://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/?guid=GUID-110F4701-53D7-4BC8-B2BE-7A7C18983D09
