VSCode - please improve

Hi Tf360,

I realize that the new VSCode development environment is the work in progress, so finding rough edges here and there is inevitable.

However for starter,... could you please do not knock-down independent running VSCode sessions ( opened  outside F360 tasks) when launching F360's API editing/debugging session?
