Trouble Installing Shaper Plugin and Other

I have been having some trouble installing plugins on my new PC. They don't always seem to show up. I got the majority of them to install but the "Shaper" plug in doesn't show up in my UI or in the Scripts and Add ins manager. The folder show up in the " " With all the other working plug ins

AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\DXF4Laser.bundle\Contents

Should I just do a clean install of Fusion?

I haven't see any other reports about problems installing the Shaper add-in on Windows.  There have been a lot of reports of problems installing add-ins on Mac, but nothing that I'm aware of with Windows.  Maybe re-installing is a good thing to try.

I read that you have not encountered any issues with the Shaper Origin "add-in". 

I've been trying to install and no luck.

I am using the student version as I'm desperately trying to learn fusion 360. 

Could the issue be the student version??
