At some point... this has been broken in an update. All Add-Ins are showing this issue, not just mine.

Well spotted. It works OK for buttons, but not anything inside dropdowns.
(The button is the "promoted" version of the first drop-down entry - literally the same definition, so they *should* be identical when viewed)
