Hello all, I am working on software for my shop that keeps track of our tooling inventory that is intergrated with tool library .json files. I have noticed that the json files behind the scenes have different variable names for certain values. is there a list of what these are? for example there is Dc which is the tool diameter. that one is somewhat of a standard i believe. but then theres BMC which has a value of carbide. i presume it is tool material but can't know for sure without doing some research. i figure ill have to that several times with all the variables. so it would be nice to see what variables are what in fusion 360.
If anyone is interested in my little project, i am reading in this .json file to a standalone windows app. allowing search and find features, along with "Transactions" to pull or return tooling to a location. complete with ordering in the app, as well as ownership of a tool that is taken out by employees. i have been working on this for about a month now.
